I practiced academic pediatric surgery for 40 years (I finished my fellowship in 1979).
I stepped down as Surgeon-in-Chief at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan in 2009.
Prior to medical school, I studied medieval history. From time to time in this spot I will let you know more, but most will emerge from the blog posts.
